PASDO is a B2C and B2B enterprise providing services that include online learning, web development, eCommerce and SaaS, as well as research and consultancy.
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.pasdo.net website (the “Service”) operated by PASDO (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Termination

Cancellation and Refund
Web Design
We ask for full payment before starting a web design job, and we do our best to satisfy you as the customer.
However, in case we are not able to deliver on any of the features that has been agreed upon, we can refund a fair worth of those features to you to enable you look elsewhere.
If you pay for a job but decide to cancel it even before it starts, we can offer you a 95 percent refund of the payment for that job, less the fees for sending the payment back to you.
If you cancel the job while we have started the work, we can offer you a refund that is lower than 95 percent but still fair. This will be determined by us based on the time and resources we have already expended.
Search Engine Marketing
We charge you for the works that we do, which can help make the published articles rank higher on Google search engine.
So, although the higher rank is the goal, there is no way for us to guarantee this.
There is a chance that we could do our work to the best of our ability, and it will not result to the desired result (or it may, but not as quickly as you may want it).
It could sometimes take up to 3 months or even more to see the best results, though 1 month is enough time to help you decide on if you want to continue with the work by paying for its maintenance.
It a situation like this, where we have done the work with the payment from you, there is usually nothing left to refund.
However, in order to maintain good relations with you, our customer, we can offer you up to 50 percent of your payment for article publication, if you feel dissatisfied with the results after one month.
Paying for maintenance effectively closes the window for any form of refund of the article publication cost.
To protect our payment gateway from unnecessary charge backs, clients who intend to use credit card to pay for this service may be referred to an affiliate member of our site, through which they can complete their payment. Refunds for such situations will be made through the affiliate.
Research and Consultancy Service
Payments for research and consultancy services that have been carried out are not liable for a refund.
However, in situations where the work was cancelled before we start, we can offer up to 90 percent refund.
To protect our payment gateway from unnecessary charge backs, clients who intend to use credit card to pay for this service may be referred to an affiliate member of our site, through which they can complete their payment. Refunds for such situations will be made through the affiliate.
Online Course
Cancellation of booked online session that is three days (or less) to the booked time is not liable for a refund.
Beyond three days, we may determine to offer some percentage of refund based on prevailing realities at the time of the cancellation.
Membership and Affiliate
There is no refund of affiliate or membership fee after payment.
Software As A Service (SaaS)
We may be able to support a limited number of compliant businesses that wish to make use of our service, including our payment gateway, for a set fee. You can send us a message to confirm about your type of business.
Businesses that fall within any of the following categories cannot use our service to receive AliPay or WeChat Payment service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
